Subscription Help

Side B Premium purchases are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.

Restore Purchases

If Premium does not appear after purchase, open Side B, go to the Premium screen, and use Restore Purchases.

iCloud Sync

Premium iCloud Sync requires iCloud to be enabled on your device and uses your private iCloud account. If sync is not working, check that you are signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled.

Album Search

Side B uses Apple Music through MusicKit for album and artist search. Search results can vary by region, spelling, language, and catalog availability.
